White Industries has recently undertaken a major step toward improving operational efficiency through the implementation of a customised mobile timesheet tracking app built within the Salesforce platform. This initiative provides management with real-time visibility of employee job activity, significantly enhancing the accuracy and detail of our timesheet data.

Initial pilot meetings to scope the system requirements commenced in July 2024, followed by a full rollout at the Dalby site in November 2024. The Ipswich site then went live in January 2025, completing the company-wide implementation.

The app has already delivered tangible benefits across the business. For our manufacturing teams, the improved data capture supports our Lean Manufacturing goals by enabling more precise identification of inefficiencies and the development of targeted process improvements.

In parallel, the Administration team has achieved a substantial productivity boost, reducing timesheet processing time by 50 percent compared to previous methods. This modernised workflow ensures better informed decision making, faster reporting, and stronger alignment between operational activity and strategic goals.
