At White Industries, we are dedicated to developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople through our comprehensive apprenticeship program. With 12 apprentices across our Dalby and Ipswich sites, we proudly provide hands-on learning and career development in key trades, including Moulding, Mechanical Fitting, Patternmaking, and Mechanical Fitting & Turning.
Our apprentices are an integral part of our team, bringing fresh ideas, energy, and enthusiasm while learning from experienced mentors. From shaping high-quality patterns at the Ipswich foundry to mastering precision mechanical work at our Dalby site, each apprentice is building the skills needed to excel in their chosen field.
