White Industries to acquire Bradken Ipswich site

Comments Off on White Industries to acquire Bradken Ipswich site News

White Industries is pleased to announce the acquisition of the manufacturing site currently known as Bradken Ipswich Operations. A Heads of Agreement has been executed by the two companies, with the transfer of the site to take place in quarter four, 2021. The sale has been in the making for some time, but both parties were subject to a Confidentiality Deed and unable to discuss the transaction until today.

With the acquisition, White Industries bolsters its capacity in the Australian foundry sector and increases its stake as the largest privately-owned foundry group in Australia.

The sale of the Ipswich site for Bradken is a result of the strategic decision to move away from the industrial markets in Australia. However, if you were a customer in Bradken’s industrial market or you can see that the increased capacity and scope of castings will assist with your current casting requirements, please contact us on 1300 825 980 to discuss your project.

White Industries is committed to Australian manufacturing, always seeking opportunities to continue our growth, so by operating from both these facilities, we can see a great future.
