Welcome Back Mick Shelford; Business Development Manager
White Industries welcomes Mick Shelford back to the team to take the reins from the recently retired Jim Stevenson, in the role of Business Development Manager. Mick previously worked for White Industries as Foundry Manager for eight years, from 2011-2019 before unexpectedly having to leave the industry to manage a family business.
Mick is now back, and excited to be working for White Industries again, bringing his wealth of knowledge and expertise in all facets of foundry operations. Mick commenced his Foundry career in 1990 at Walkers Limited in Maryborough, moving to work at several foundries across QLD, in different management roles spanning 29 years.
Mick’s enthusiasm towards the Foundry Industry and White Industries’ commitment to the Australian Foundry Industry are the key drivers for his return. He will have involvement at both White Industries’ sites; Ipswich (where he will be based) and Dalby. All stakeholders and customers will benefit from the support he brings to the role.
The team welcomes back Mick in continuing to provide White Industries with his expertise in his new role as Business Development Manager.
